📋 Description

• Develop and evolve analytical data models and low- to medium-complexity reports, following best practices and quality requirements. • Implement new data sources into existing analytical solutions. • Create, adjust, and maintain DAX measures, Power Query/M transformations, and semantic models in Power BI. • Build and maintain relationships between tables, facts, dimensions, granularity, and security rules such as RLS and OLS. • Perform data cleaning, standardization, and preparation for analytical consumption. • Support monitoring of pipelines, refreshes, and data orchestration processes. • Apply basic optimizations to models, reports, and queries to improve performance and usability. • Manage user access to reports and datasets, with support when needed. • Collaborate with business, data, and technology teams to ensure deliverables align with product needs. • Participate in tribe/team routines, contributing to process improvements, documentation, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Technology, Data, Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. • Previous experience in BI, Analytics, Data, or Analytical Engineering. • Hands-on experience with SQL, data modeling, and building analytical solutions. • Knowledge of Power BI, DAX, and Power Query. • Experience with code versioning and development best practices. • Experience with SQL, data modeling, and data preparation and transformation in analytical environments. • Knowledge of dimensional modeling: facts, dimensions, granularity, relationships, and redundancy resolution. • Knowledge of Power BI semantic modeling, DAX, Power Query/M, RLS, OLS, and building reports and datasets. • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Azure, Data Lake, medallion layers, data pipelines, and Data Lakehouse concepts. • Knowledge of Git, branches, Pull Requests, and merge/release processes. • Understanding of BI performance and optimization tools, including DAX Studio, Tabular Editor, and Performance Analyzer. • Knowledge of data governance and security, including access control, permissions, traceability, and data quality. • Differentials: experience with dbt, Databricks, Fabric or similar platforms; Delta Lake; Azure Data Lake Storage; Blob Storage; SQL tuning; stored procedures; views; indexes; data catalog, lineage and governance tools; Python or PySpark; Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Metabase or MicroStrategy; ability to translate business needs into models, metrics, dashboards and actionable insights.
