📋 Description

• Define and execute manual and automated test cases, when applicable. • Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports with conclusions and recommendations. • Triage defects, identify root causes, and propose solutions to development teams. • Participate in project meetings and Agile ceremonies, contributing to process and quality improvements. • Prepare, manage, and validate complex test data, ensuring consistency and adherence to defined scenarios. • Mentor and support more junior professionals, sharing knowledge and best practices. • Contribute to the review and continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and documentation. • Collaborate with Development, Business Analysis, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality and successful deliveries.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience executing software testing activities. • Knowledge of manual and functional testing. • Experience with test planning (Test Planning). • Knowledge of technical testing (Technical Testing). • Experience with database testing (Database Testing). • Experience with user acceptance testing (User Acceptance Testing - UAT). • Knowledge of HP ALM. • Experience with Micro Focus UFT. • Knowledge of test automation using Selenium. • Experience in defect analysis and validation of fixes. • Experience working in Agile environments. • Advanced proficiency in Italian.
