📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal project teams (architects, developers, QA and functional consultants). • Manage the full lifecycle of ServiceNow projects, from kick-off through delivery and post-implementation. • Ensure that scope, schedule, quality and budget are met in line with the client's objectives. • Lead executive meetings, status presentations and progress reports in English for international clients. • Identify opportunities to expand scope and initiate new projects, acting in a consultative and strategic manner. • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across different time zones, promoting collaboration and efficiency. • Support risk management, issue mitigation and resolution of impediments during project execution. • Ensure adoption of ServiceNow best practices, aligned with global governance and delivery standards. • Work closely with account executives, solution architects and technical teams to ensure successful implementations.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with ServiceNow implementations or projects (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, FSO or other modules). • Strong knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMI, ITIL). • Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written communication for interaction with global clients. • Experience in stakeholder management, executive reporting and expectation management. • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, with focus on results and delivery quality. • PMP, CSM, ITIL Foundation and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications — pluses. • Previous experience in multinational consultancies or international projects — a plus. • Knowledge of governance processes, change management and IT operations — a plus. • Consultative mindset, strongly oriented to client satisfaction and business value — a differentiator.
