β’ Ensure stewardship and engaged communications with key donors β’ Create and manage lasting systems to maintain and advance partnerships with a range of foundations, corporations, and individuals β’ Partner with the Senior Director to cultivate, maintain, and advance relationships with a range of organizations β’ Own a portfolio of donors, prospects, and leads β’ Drive identification and research of new leads β’ Supervise and develop the Development Coordinator β’ Partner with the CEO to craft personalized, high-impact outreach to prospects and donors β’ Work closely with GHC's Communications team to develop external-facing materials β’ Manage quarterly update communications to key prospects, donors, and supporters β’ Develop, manage, and execute annual EOY and FY-close solicitation campaigns β’ Manage logistics for quarterly board meetings β’ Partner with the Senior Director and CEO to implement a robust Board engagement strategy β’ Contribute to event strategy in partnership with the CEO and Senior Director β’ Manage all logistics and communications for in-person and virtual fundraising events β’ Co-lead management of Salesforce donor database with GHC's Grants Manager
β’ Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in nonprofit management, public health, communications, business, or a related field a plus. β’ 4β7+ years of progressive experience in fundraising in a nonprofit or philanthropic sector role β’ Experience with donor communications, solicitation campaigns, and moves management β’ Prior supervisory or coaching experience preferred β’ Experience working in a global setting, with a range of stakeholders across the U.S. social impact and the global development/health sectors β’ Proficient in Salesforce or comparable CRM; experience with donor analytics and data hygiene strongly preferred β’ Familiar with fundraising platforms (e.g., Classy, Benevity) a plus β’ Strong written communication skills with experience drafting donor-facing materials β’ Comfort working in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suite
