📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We’re hiring someone who knows Autotask inside and out—especially the admin/config side. • You’ll join our Customer Success team at Giant Rocketship, helping MSPs get real value out of Rocketship (our Autotask automation platform). • You’ll work directly with customers to guide onboarding, streamline their setup, and answer the tough Autotask questions they can’t Google.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep hands-on Autotask PSA experience • Strong admin-level knowledge of queues, workflows, user setup, etc. • Real-world MSP experience (you’ve lived the ticket grind)
