📋 Description

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives • Plan and track milestones, AWS releases, and team velocity • Manage risks and dependencies across Rails, Kafka, mobile, and ERP/CRM integration teams • Coordinate communication between clients and the team and align stakeholders • Remove blockers and manage scope • Work with QA and Rails leads to ensure code quality and smooth releases

🎯 Requirements

• Senior experience managing software projects with multidisciplinary teams • Strong Agile/Scrum practice and Agile metrics, including velocity and burn-down • Risk, dependency, and stakeholder management • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, roadmaps/Gantt, and Slack • Experience on projects with international teams • Fluent English, validated in conversation • Autonomy • Collaboration • Commitment • Communication skills
