📋 Description

• Develop detailed site layouts, including grading plans, drainage systems, utility routing, and structural foundations. • Conduct site assessments, geotechnical reviews, and environmental impact studies to determine project viability. • Navigate local zoning laws and building codes; manage the permitting process with municipal and state agencies. • Create and maintain project schedules and budgets; manage sub-contractors and vendors to ensure high-quality execution. • Design or review structural calculations for specialized equipment housing (e.g., pads for cooling units, heavy electrical infrastructure). • Perform regular site inspections to ensure construction aligns with engineering specifications and safety standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution. • License is strongly preferred (or the ability to obtain one within 6 months). • 5–8 years of experience in land development, industrial construction, or data center infrastructure. • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, or similar BIM software. • Strong understanding of hydrology, soil mechanics, and reinforced concrete design.
