📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to Project Managers • Maintain accurate trackers, logs, reports, and spreadsheets using Excel and Microsoft Office • Organize and manage contracts, change orders, invoices, approvals, and project documentation • Ensure all digital project files are complete, current, and consistently structured • Enter, manage, and audit data within construction or project management platforms • Support disciplined system usage (Buildertrend, Procore, JobTread, or similar platforms) • Maintain standardized templates, workflows, and documentation processes • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders • Ensure project information is accessible, reliable, and decision-ready at all times

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in construction, real estate, engineering, or process-driven environments preferred • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Office • Experience with construction or project management software (Buildertrend, Procore, JobTread, or similar) is a strong plus • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through • Highly organized, dependable, and systems-oriented • Comfortable learning and adopting new software and workflows quickly • Professional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work full-time aligned to U.S. Central Time (Texas hours)
