📋 Description

• Lead the coordination and delivery of multiple precast projects from tender through to completion. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating internal teams. • Review and verify quantity take-offs and estimates. • Prepare quotations and tender submissions. • Manage multiple projects concurrently from tender through to completion. • Track project schedules, RFIs, variations, approvals and milestones. • Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication. • Contribute to improving project delivery processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline. • 5+ years' experience managing construction or manufacturing projects. • Experience within precast concrete, structural steel, modular construction or commercial construction is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of construction documentation and project lifecycles. • Exceptional spoken and written English with confidence communicating directly with Australian clients. • Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, Procore or similar construction platforms.
