📋 Description

• Receive new dispatch tickets and coordinate with partner vendor list • Source local vendors when partner vendors unavailable (phone calls, research) • Manage bidding process and compile information for Walgreens approval submission • Ensure approved jobs are completed within timeline with partner vendors • Close out tickets upon job completion • Client-facing communication with partner vendors via phone and email

🎯 Requirements

• Must manage emails, tickets, and vendor communications • Must communicate professionally with Walgreens and partner vendors • Must be client-facing and make phone calls to partner vendors regularly • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature • Working Webcam • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
