• Develop and manage carrier relationships • Negotiate transportation rates with carriers • Track and trace shipments to ensure successful on-time pickup and delivery • Develop solid relationships with carriers by providing them with excellent customer service • Communicate with management and Team Leaders regarding carrier performance
• Minimum of one year of industry experience in Logistics Brokerage • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Strong interpersonal skills and a dynamic personality • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask • Legendary customer service skills • Work ethic second to none • Business-minded, with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
