📋 Description

• Managing complex transformation projects • Further development of industry-specific business and process models • Supporting the development and implementation of holistic digitalization strategies • Analyzing and optimizing organizational structures • Establishing and rolling out management tools • Project and program management using both traditional and agile methods

🎯 Requirements

• Analytical thinking • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • High self‑initiative and an entrepreneurial, can‑do attitude • Strong affinity for digitalization and IT • A strong academic qualification (Master, MBA, PhD) • Ideally 2 years' professional experience in a consulting context • Strategic mindset • Very good understanding of core business processes • Solid knowledge of common consulting methods and tools • Ideally project management and IT management certifications • Innovative mindset and willingness to take responsibility • Willingness to travel • Fluent in German and English (business/professional level)
