📋 Description

• Conducting in-depth process analyses and identifying digital opportunities along the energy value chain • Developing governance structures and strategic transformation concepts to support sustainable business change • Taking ownership of digitalization initiatives across the entire energy sector value chain - from generation and transmission to distribution, sales, and customer service • Designing and implementing innovative solution approaches, target operating models, and comprehensive program and project management frameworks • Leading projects through all phases — from strategy development to full implementation • Analyzing and optimizing organizational structures, business processes, and IT architectures to enhance efficiency and agility

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of consulting experience • Practical experience with an energy provider or in industry-relevant projects • University degree in business, energy-related studies, or a relevant science/engineering discipline (e.g., Energy Economics, Renewable Energy, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics) • Strong affinity for digitalization and information technology • Solid knowledge of standard consulting methods and tools • Language skills: fluent in German (C1) and business-fluent in English • Willingness to travel
