📋 Description

• Contribute to the further development of our rail and infrastructure portfolio and expand technical and methodological competencies in the infrastructure environment • Analyze, optimize, and digitalize processes in infrastructure planning, operations, maintenance, and control • Develop business, process, and target models for digital transformation in the infrastructure and rail context • Support the design and implementation of modern technology and data solutions (for example IoT, analytics, automation, signaling and energy systems) • Analyze and further develop organizational, governance, and operating models in the infrastructure domain • Contribute to the design and implementation of modern steering, monitoring, and management systems for infrastructure portfolios • Take on tasks in project and sub‑project management in classical, hybrid, and agile environments • Prepare and facilitate workshops, trainings, and change initiatives along the infrastructure value chain • Identify new topics, data‑driven optimization approaches, and business opportunities in the infrastructure and rail sector

🎯 Requirements

• Proven expertise in infrastructure, technology, mobility, and digital transformation • Excellent university degree (Master’s, MBA, PhD) • 4+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or the infrastructure sector (planning, operations, or maintenance) • Experience in analyzing and implementing domain‑specific topics in infrastructure, operations, or maintenance • Structured, strategic, and conceptual mindset with a strong understanding of organizational, process, or operating models • Solid knowledge of relevant consulting and project management methods and confident collaboration with interdisciplinary teams from engineering, operations, procurement, production, and IT • Innovative thinking, initiative, sense of responsibility, and willingness to travel according to project needs • Relevant certifications (such as PMP, Prince2, Scrum, ITIL) • Business‑fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
