📋 Description

• Develop modern analytics platforms by working with clients • Design scalable data architectures and ensure sustainable data governance • Support clients in modernizing data warehouses and data lakehouses • Establish best practices for analytics engineering, data quality, automation, and DataOps • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable data models and analytics solutions • Bridge the gap between management, business units, and engineering teams • Lead interdisciplinary teams in successful implementation of complex data and analytics projects • Build long-term client relationships and identify new business opportunities • Coach consultants and engineers, fostering their professional development • Bring new market insights to the portfolio and actively shaping the Analytics Practice

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience advising on or leading complex data, analytics, or cloud transformations • Extensive experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or modern data platforms • Excellent knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, BigQuery, or Redshift • Familiar with current technologies and methods related to dbt, DataOps, data quality, data governance, and modern ELT/ETL architectures • Ability to translate business requirements into sustainable data architectures and analytics solutions • Enthusiasm in leading interdisciplinary teams and confident communication with stakeholders, including management and C-level • Entrepreneurial mindset, identifying opportunities with clients, and shaping proposals and business development • Excellent German and English communication skills • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or a comparable field
