📋 Description

• Drive Industry and overall practice growth by leading business development activities across new and existing clients, leveraging a strong client network within Europe and Globally. • Drive the digital transformation of our clients by identifying and implementing innovative digital solutions in R&D, with a focus on Data&AI, Clinical, Regulatory Affairs or Pharmacovigilance. • Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality consulting services. • Foster a collaborative, digitally-savvy team environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement. • Support clients in adopting and integrating advanced digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless implementation and maximal business impact. • Provide strategic guidance on digital transformation initiatives, helping clients develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies aligned with regulatory and pharmacovigilance objectives. • Support them through their digital transformation journey, ensuring smooth integration of new technologies and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading transformative digital strategy or implementation initiatives in the respective R&D area – or equivalent transformation initiatives with substantial business impact. • Proven experience in strategy, design and implementation of Data&AI use cases in R&D. • 8+ years of consulting experience in a management role, including driving sales and business development by leveraging a strong client network within Europe. • Excellent communication skills. • A passion for shaping the Industry within Eraneos and for our clients, ultimately delivering value for patients. • As the icing on the cake, you bring along a Veeva White Belt Certification. • You enjoy shaping our Industry & Service Portfolio within Eraneos for our clients to deliver value for patients. • Willingness to take responsibility as well as exceed client expectations. • Willingness to travel. • Business Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage (e.g., German).
