• 6+ years of professional experience developing curriculum • At least 2 years of experience managing the work of others • Teaching experience with grades 6-12 or college-aged students • Familiarity with Understanding by Design, Universal Design for Learning, Project-Based Learning, and/or Inquiry-Based Learning • Ability to apply instructional design techniques and learning theory at all levels of curriculum planning • Strong content creator with editorial and graphic design instincts • Experience using generative AI tools for content development • Active interest in AI and computer science education • Comfort with adjusting work to evolving priorities • Proficiency in at least one text-based programming language • Excellent project management skills
