📋 Description

• Create, expand, and adapt institutional graphic materials, ensuring consistency and the correct application of the visual and verbal identity as defined in the brand book • Develop layouts for inbound and outbound marketing campaigns and activities focused on attraction and conversion, and adapt them for different channels • Create visual assets and social media posts with a modern, clean aesthetic aligned with the company’s positioning • Support the formatting and design of support materials, editorial materials, infographics, institutional presentations, and corporate documents • Actively contribute creative ideas for new campaigns, channels, and content formats • Integrate with the Marketing and Branding team to visually translate complex credit infrastructures into clear, modern, attractive, and high-impact communications

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Advertising, Digital Design, or a related field • Essential knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, as well as Canva • Academic or personal portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of composition, typography, color, and layout • Figma experience is a plus • Organized and able to manage deadlines and multiple concurrent tasks • Clear and direct communication skills • Analytical thinking • Open-mindedness to receive technical feedback • Collaborative team player • Eagerness to learn about the financial and technology markets
