📋 Description

• Integrate AI tools such as GPT and Claude into workflows for content generation, decision-making, and process optimization • Build and improve automation processes based on Airtable • Design and implement new features and automations • Debug and improve existing automations and workflows • Work with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into solutions • Ask clarifying questions and propose structured approaches • Prototype and develop solutions using AI tools • Document processes and product logic in Confluence or similar tools • Support users in Slack with basic questions, setup help, and troubleshooting • Communicate complex technical information clearly and simply during frequent stakeholder interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Basic programming skills in any language • Strong logical and structured thinking • Interest in AI tools such as GPT and Claude • Basic understanding of APIs and integrations • Experience with Google Sheets or Excel • English level: B2+ • Experience with Airtable, Zapier, Make, or no-code tools is a plus • Previous experience in automation or internal tools is a plus • Understanding of marketing processes is a plus • Experience with media content including videos, images, and other visual materials is a plus
