• Own the execution and optimization of B2B email marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue • Build, launch, test, and optimize email and other outbound campaigns for prospecting • Manage campaign builds, QA, deployment, and performance monitoring across marketing platforms • Build and optimize prospect nurture programs aligned with Marketing’s demo attainment goals • Implement segmentation and personalization strategies that generate new demos • Partner with Customer Success to turn customer wins into relatable marketing material for prospects • Build and manage email programs within Hubspot and Mailchimp • Ensure email deliverability, data quality, and best practices across all campaigns • Monitor campaign performance across engagement, conversion, and revenue metrics • Track impact on MQL, SQL, and demos earned • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and lifecycle strategy
• 2–3+ years of experience in B2B email or lifecycle marketing, ideally in SaaS or marketplace environments • Proven experience driving demand generation outcomes from outbound marketing • Hands-on experience with Hubspot • Working knowledge of lifecycle marketing, nurture strategy, and marketing attribution • Strong attention to detail with a test-and-learn optimization mindset • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Sales, and Customer Success teams
