• 3–5 years of professional experience in Life Sciences (pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device) in a marketing, strategy, consulting, or market research capacity. • Strong background in market analysis, survey design and execution, and data interpretation to inform decision-making. • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority. • Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) or targeted campaign development a plus. • Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to translate complex market insights into compelling narratives for executives and commercial teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related discipline; MBA desirable but not required. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with accountability and independence. • Curiosity, initiative, and a drive to stay ahead of market trends in digital transformation within Life Sciences.
