📋 Description

• You act as the entry point, public face and primary contact for our contractors (civil engineering companies) • You work closely with our partners and guide them through the GlasfaserPlus lifecycle, building long-term, collaborative relationships based on mutual respect • Together with our partners you plan the coming years to ensure continuous workload and utilization for partners • Quality controls, claim negotiations and performance assessments of partners are also part of your responsibilities; you provide feedback to ensure successful collaboration • You are the interface between Procurement, Rollout and our partners and actively contribute to contract design and risk management in the partnership • You develop and optimize processes to improve the efficiency and quality of partnerships – from selection to ongoing development of the collaboration • Analyzing partner and project KPIs and forecasting for capacity planning complete your area of responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• A completed degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s), ideally in Business Administration, Supplier Management or a related field • Initial experience in fiber rollout (FTTH) is a plus • Respectful approach to partners, strong negotiation skills and a pronounced analytical and strategic mindset • Experience in contract and risk management and in process optimization (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) • Very good English skills (additional languages desirable) • Enjoy taking ownership of developing processes and creating structures with the team to advance partner management • Sense of responsibility, persuasiveness and assertiveness • Team spirit and a strong sense of togetherness are as important to you as a high degree of empathy and interpersonal insight
