📋 Description
• Lead the Nexus team and shape systems and features • Manage a distributed team of engineers • Contribute to coding and architectural decisions • Establish workflows for AI-assisted coding • Conduct 1:1s and performance management. • Collaborate on technical direction and long-term decisions.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience leading a team of engineers in a technical capacity • Fluency in AI tools like Claude. • Proficiency in coding languages: Elixir, Ruby, Javascript (React) • Strong architecture and technical judgment skills • Proven track record of trusted project delivery and leadership. • Ability to mentor and manage project leads. • Experience with AI-assisted development workflows.
