📋 Description

• We’re hiring for a Full-stack Software Engineer who’s obsessed with building products that move the world forward. • You’ll work across the stack to design, build, and scale intelligent systems that power Omniflow’s core experience — where AI, product design, and engineering come together.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and operating production software • Are genuinely strong across the full stack, frontend, backend, APIs, data modeling etc • Demonstrate excellent technical and analytical skills, especially in system design, state management, and failure analysis • Can drive progress through ambiguity, break vague problems into concrete execution plans, and move things forward without perfect specs • Built or worked on an AI agentic builder, AI platform beyond simple prompt chaining • Have the perseverance to dig into complex systems, debug deeply, and see problems through until they are actually resolved • Have prior startup experience and dealt with ambiguity and real consequences • Designed agent orchestration, tool-calling systems, planning/execution loops, or long-running AI workflows • Have strong, experience-backed opinions on why most “AI app builders” fail to produce real products
