• Manage all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP. • Develop and implement financial controls and policies. • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process. • Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to senior management. • Oversee the accounting team and mentor staff to enhance their skills. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position. • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial regulations. • Proven experience with financial analysis, strategic planning, and management reporting. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Proficient in financial software and ERP systems. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Willing to work US Hours
