📋 Description

• Intensive onboarding: From the start you will receive practical, hands‑on training in financial products, advisory techniques and sales processes. • Preparation for IHK exams: Together with experienced mentors, you will learn all the material required for exams under §34d, §34i or §34f GewO. • Personal coaching: Regular feedback sessions focus on your strengths and offer clear development paths. • Accompanied client consultations: During your training you will have the opportunity to observe initial client meetings or conduct them under guidance. • Holistic advisory approach: You will analyze clients’ financial situations and develop tailored plans for retirement provision, insurance and wealth accumulation. • Building and expanding your client base: Through marketing activities and active outreach you will grow your own network. • Independent scheduling and work organization: You plan your consultation appointments independently and benefit from flexible working—whether in the office, from home or on client premises. • Continuous professional development: Regular specialist trainings, seminars and digital learning formats keep you up to date.

• Motivation & willingness to learn: You are prepared to study new topics and take on responsibility. • Strong communication skills: Enjoy interacting with people, whether face‑to‑face or by phone. • Structured working style: Organizational skills and initiative help you succeed independently. • Open to career changers: Whether you already have sales experience or come from another field—we value your willingness to learn. • Ideally: Some initial knowledge in commercial/administrative areas, sales or finance (not required).
