• Professional experienced in systems integration and API development • Responsible for building scalable solutions focused on automation and operational efficiency • Experience developing AI-driven chatbots that support a high volume of daily interactions • Strong background in cloud infrastructure with a focus on security, availability and performance.

• REST API development • Systems integration • Application deployment • Automation of repetitive tasks • Chatbot development and support • Provisioning and administration of AWS infrastructure • AWS Bedrock • Creation and management of Virtual Machines (VMs) • DNS configuration • HTTPS certificates • Best practices for security, availability, and scalability • Experience working in agile environments (Scrum / Kanban) • Focus on continuous improvement, automation, and systemic efficiency • Good communication with technical teams and stakeholders • Analytical, results-oriented mindset
