📋 Description

• Work closely with Business Development Coordinators, Business Developers, and the Vice President to streamline operations • Oversee project planning, execution, and process improvements to enhance efficiency • Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for international recruitment • Act as the primary liaison between recruitment teams and external partners • Manage incoming agent inquiries and maintain business relationships • Support agent and key account development, including handling escalations and problem-solving • Track and analyze KPIs, team targets, and performance metrics • Provide business-critical insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership • Maintain databases, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting • Identify gaps in recruitment, marketing, and partner engagement processes and recommend improvements • Support contract compliance policies and ensure adherence to internal procedures • Work cross-functionally to enhance operational systems and reporting structures

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in operations, business development, or project management • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment • Experience in international education, recruitment, or a related industry is a plus • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data reporting and performance metrics • Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and other CRM tools • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management abilities • Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and executive teams
