📋 Description

• Support and train users on OTC processes in SAP, including order management, delivery, and billing • Assist with pricing configuration and provide basic troubleshooting support • Provide day-to-day user support and manage support tickets • Assist with configuring, testing, and implementing new SAP SD features and enhancements • Support ongoing system maintenance activities • Collaborate with developers on system changes, fixes, and enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of SAP SD configuration (SPRO) • Good understanding of OTC processes and their management in SAP at a key-user level • Familiarity with Customer and Material Master Data and Pricing • Familiarity with LSMW, MASS, and Layout Management • Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills • Very good English level, written and spoken
