📋 Description

• Review conversations between leads and Jessica, the company’s AI sales agent • Identify buying signals and leads requiring human intervention • Escalate high-priority opportunities to Sales with concise context summaries • Route leads to the appropriate salesperson based on language, geography, customer profile, and ownership rules • Monitor HubSpot daily to ensure every lead receives follow-up • Maintain accurate and complete CRM records • Identify missed signals, misunderstandings, and delayed escalations by Jessica • Turn conversation issues into actionable feedback that improves Jessica • Share lead-quality feedback and recurring questions or objections with Marketing • Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to analyze conversations, summarize information, and improve productivity

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as an SDR or BDR, or in inside sales, pre-sales, e-commerce sales, or another high-volume commercial environment • Understanding of sales funnels, including leads, MQLs, qualification, follow-ups, and pipeline • Daily CRM experience, ideally HubSpot • Organization and attention to detail while handling a high volume of conversations • Comfort with technology and experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools at work • Clear written communication • Professional fluency in English and Portuguese • Advanced HubSpot experience with workflows, lists, and reports is nice to have • Experience with Make, Zapier, or n8n is nice to have • Experience with chatbots, AI agents, or reviewing customer conversations is nice to have • Advanced Spanish is a plus • Must be available Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm EST, with availability adjusted for U.S. daylight-saving time • Remote work from Brazil
