📋 Description

• Administer, maintain, and enhance the corporate intranet platform, including its content, structure, and integrations • Define, implement, and audit access control and permissions policies • Ensure the security and compliance of access to internal systems and information • Map internal processes with automation potential and propose solutions using AI • Assess the risks, limitations, biases, security, and impact of AI solutions • Document processes, access policies, and automation workflows • Collaborate with information security, infrastructure, and business teams • Develop and maintain the company’s intranet systems • Manage access control for systems and information • Implement automation solutions using Artificial Intelligence • Collaborate with the IT team on Intranet and Automation projects • Identify opportunities to improve and optimize IT processes

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience administering corporate intranets (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, proprietary platforms, or similar) • Solid knowledge of access control and permissions management (identity management, RBAC/ABAC, Active Directory/LDAP, or similar) • Practical knowledge of AI tools and concepts applied to process automation (RPA, AI agents, LLMs, automated workflows) • Critical perspective on the use of AI, with the ability to assess risks, limitations, biases, and solution suitability before implementation • Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical teams • Experience developing intranet systems • Knowledge of access control and information security • Experience implementing automation solutions, preferably using Artificial Intelligence • Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate on multidisciplinary projects • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Academic background in IT or a related field • Technical education
