📋 Description

• Identify, analyze, negotiate, specify, validate, and manage software requirements, including traceability and change management • Develop and document software requirements specifications • Provide the development team with a consistent view spanning the problem domain and the digital solution domain • Facilitate communication and help deepen understanding of the digital solution’s business domain • Contribute to the development of new features for robust, scalable products serving thousands of users

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of functional and non-functional requirements engineering • Knowledge of user stories and acceptance criteria • Knowledge of requirements traceability, prototyping, and basic Function Points concepts • Knowledge of DevSecOps and Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) as applied to requirements • Active listening skills • Ability to organize ideas across different levels of abstraction • Ability to prioritize and negotiate needs • Systems thinking • Degree in Information Technology, or a degree in any field plus a postgraduate qualification in Software Engineering/Development of at least 360 hours
