📋 Description
• Create purchase orders, record invoices, and monitor tax and payment processes • Conduct monthly reviews of the senior management budget • Support month-end closing routines and TDN reviews • Support and handle the senior management team’s ticketing workflow • Propose process and tool improvements to optimize routine activities
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Humanities or a related field, such as Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering • Financial planning skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Organization and process management skills • Ability to synthesize information and prepare executive-level materials • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior leadership • Proficiency in Google tools, including Sheets and Slides • Previous experience with SAP is a plus
