📋 Description

• Monitoring and Support for Analytical Data Platforms: Perform installation, monitoring, configuration and operational support of Big Data/Data Warehouse platforms (such as Teradata Vantage) and corporate databases of the Central Bank of Brazil. • Execution of Routines and Permissions Management in DBMS: Execute queries and DML/DDL commands not controlled by automated models, create access credentials, maintain scripts, and grant or revoke database permissions. • Performance Analysis and Diagnosis: Investigate and diagnose errors, failures or slowdowns in applications that access the databases, handle support tickets and provide support to the solution infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field + Postgraduate degree or MBA in the area of expertise; • Technical English proficiency; • ITIL Foundation v4 (or higher) certification or training.
