📋 Description

• Support and implement the corporate technology governance model in accordance with industry best practices • Create formal technical decision-making mechanisms, such as an Architecture Board, ADRs, and a Tech Radar • Establish guidelines for the adoption, evolution, and decommissioning of technologies • Ensure alignment between technology strategy and business objectives • Create technical maturity metrics and track their progress • Define architectural standards for frontend, mobile, backend, APIs, messaging, and cloud • Create reference architectures (blueprints) to accelerate new projects • Evaluate emerging technologies and guide their sustainable adoption • Ensure technical consistency across squads and business units • Support critical architecture decisions in strategic projects • Lead the implementation of standardized CI/CD pipelines • Establish DevSecOps practices and security automation • Define standards for unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing, as well as continuous quality practices • Advance Developer Experience (DX) through internal tools, templates, and automation • Ensure consistent environments and infrastructure as code (IaC) • Establish SRE practices, including SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, incident management, and post-mortems • Serve as a technical reference for architects, tech leads, and senior engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of software engineering, with experience in technical leadership • Experience working across multiple technology teams, multiple digital products, or complex platforms • Proven track record of implementing technical governance and enterprise standards • Experience with modern architectures, including microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, and cloud-native architectures • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, observability, and DevSecOps • Familiarity with generative AI applied to software development • Demonstrated strong knowledge of Java and Python development • Knowledge of the Spring, JUnit, Jakarta, TensorFlow, and Django frameworks • Knowledge of software architecture, particularly cloud-native architecture and secure software development • Knowledge of code-profiling tools for analyzing application performance, databases, and monitoring infrastructure • Knowledge of leading LLM frameworks and models available on the market, particularly open-source solutions, ChatGPT, and Amazon Bedrock • Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) — preferred • Observability tools (New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus) — preferred • Messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub) — preferred • Mobile development (native or hybrid) — preferred • Internal Developer Platforms — preferred • Experience managing integrations with SaaS platforms — preferred • Relevant certifications will be considered an advantage
