• Gather and analyze requirements with HR and business stakeholders; • Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, etc.); • Implement and maintain HR processes using the SuccessFactors platform; • Provide technical and functional support to users and relevant departments; • Train and enable end users and key users; • Integrate SAP SuccessFactors with legacy systems and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP HCM); • Monitor and follow up on continuous improvements to implemented solutions; • Monitor updates and new features of the SuccessFactors platform.
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors projects, especially HCM modules (PY/PA - payroll and benefits configuration); • Knowledge of HR processes (understanding payroll and benefits, their configurations, and best practices); • Experience translating business requirements into technical configurations; • Knowledge of integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other SAP or third-party systems; • SAP SuccessFactors certifications; • Experience with agile methodologies.
