📋 Description

• Act as the primary IT point of contact for SAP SD requests from Latin America business users • Serve as the central coordination point for SAP SD functional and technical support • Collaborate with SAP Technical Leads, IT Business Partners, and Project Managers to define project strategy, prioritization, estimates, and resource needs • Act as the technical expert for SAP SD custom solutions within the global template and LATAM localizations • Estimate SAP SD projects to drive business value and optimize total cost of ownership • Support capacity and staffing planning for the SAP SD portfolio • Mentor SAP SD consultants and promote best practices • Ensure compliance with Quality Systems and SAP governance

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC SD in regional and/or global environments • Strong knowledge of Brazilian Localization • Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, Pricing, Billing, and Customer Service processes • Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish desirable) • Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules and external systems
