📋 Description

• Serve as the SAP functional technical reference with a focus on SD (Order-to-Cash) • Handle and lead the resolution of L3-level incidents and problems • Perform root-cause analysis for recurring incidents • Technically validate solutions proposed by AMS vendors • Act as the technical liaison between internal teams, vendors, and business areas • Support the design of improvements and process standardization • Mentor mid-level and junior analysts • Support technical and functional assessments for the S/4HANA roadmap • Contribute to recurrence reduction and continuous improvement of AMS

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with SAP ECC • Deep functional knowledge of SD (Order-to-Cash) • Experience in AMS / SAP support and sustainment • Knowledge of SD ↔ MM ↔ FI integrations • Experience in functional analysis of critical incidents • Ability to read and understand functional and technical errors • Experience interacting technically with vendors • Preferred qualifications • Experience in logistics environments (WMS, OTM, OSGT) • Familiarity with SAP integrations and satellite systems • Experience or exposure to S/4HANA initiatives • Prior experience in high-volume ticket environments
