📋 Description

• Actively develop software solutions, directly participating in the construction and maintenance of critical systems; • Provide technical leadership to the team, promoting best practices, code reviews, and technical quality; • Participate in defining and evolving system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance; • Make technical decisions aligned with company and product strategy; • Support the engineering team in adopting modern tools and practices (CI/CD, automated testing, observability); • Act as a bridge between technical and product teams, ensuring solutions deliver business value; • Contribute to the team's technical development through mentoring and constructive feedback; • Support technical planning of deliveries and prioritization with the team and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer with hands-on involvement; • Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot; • Experience with relational databases (SQL); • Practical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services (EKS, RDS, S3, etc.); • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.); • Clear communication skills, technical leadership, and a collaborative work style; • Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture (Desirable); • Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) and observability practices (Desirable); • Experience in B2C or SaaS environments (Desirable); • Familiarity with DevOps practices (Desirable); • Experience with Ionic or hybrid mobile frameworks (Desirable).
