📋 Description

• Conduct user research and usability analyses. • Create user journeys, flows, and user-centered wireframes. • Build low- and high-fidelity interactive prototypes. • Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to turn insights into digital solutions. • Apply Design Thinking methodologies at all stages of the ideation process.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed. • Proven experience in **UX Design**. • Proficiency in **Figma** for design and prototyping. • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). • Knowledge of **prototyping** and usability testing. • Experience with UI Design and Design Systems. • Familiarity with user research and behavior analytics tools (Hotjar, Maze, etc.). • Up-to-date portfolio demonstrating UX projects.
