📋 Description

• Own treasury product execution for the HCM platform across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery • Drive discovery, market research, competitive analysis, and roadmap development for treasury, funds flow, banking partnerships, payment rails, funding models, and FX • Own the product experience for billing, invoicing, credit memos, and payment application • Translate strategy into actionable engineering requirements and user stories • Maintain product documentation including business cases, use cases, technical requirements, and expected ROI, with attention to compliance and risk • Align releases with customer needs, company goals, and financial controls • Convert stakeholder and customer feedback into prioritization decisions • Coordinate engineering, QA, design, compliance, finance, treasury operations, go-to-market, and banking partners • Run Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews • Define testing strategy with QA and protect release quality around fund movement and reconciliation • Monitor treasury, banking, payments, regulatory, customer, and competitive trends • Maintain project plans, timelines, requirements, and status documentation • Communicate progress and learnings to stakeholders regularly • Develop external-facing customer content about treasury features and functionality • Report directly to the Head of Product

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product management or a closely related role at a technology or SaaS company • Track record of owning the product lifecycle and shipping impactful B2B solutions, ideally involving payments, treasury, or money movement • Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering, design, finance, and compliance teams • Ability to turn complex business and regulatory needs into clear technical requirements • Real experience in Agile environments, including hands-on sprint planning and backlog grooming • Customer-first mindset balanced with strategic thinking and tactical execution • Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace • Experience in treasury, payments, fintech, or banking infrastructure is strongly preferred; HCM or enterprise software experience is a plus • Familiarity with billing, invoicing, AR, and pricing models, especially tiered pricing, in a B2B context • Exposure to ERP systems; ERPNext experience is a plus
