📋 Description

• Architect the processes, workflows, and systems that take the company from craft to industrial scale • Combine financial literacy with leadership and technology engagement to lead operations along cost, speed, and scale metrics • Manage multiple teams across design, warehouse, assembly, and service coordination • Drive company transformation to AI-agentic workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of operational leadership in digital-native companies, with exposure to best practices • Holistic architect of complex systems and workflows, with a scalability mindset • Detail-oriented — able to dive into the underlying systems and workflows, not just oversee them • People management and motivational skills, with multiple teams in your reporting line • Strong financial fluency — comfortable with budget logic and reading a profit-contribution P&L • High ambition, drive, and proven ability to deliver results • Sharp analytical skills with the ability to articulate findings and lead with logic • Ability (or eagerness to learn) to build and implement an AI-native tech landscape — building agents, vibecoding, and similar • Tight prioritisation — works on few things and closes them out properly • Fluent English (C1+); German or Polish a plus
