• Develop and execute the territory sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share objectives in Vietnam. • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for pressure tanks, filtration products, and related solutions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, OEMs, contractors, consultants, EPCs, and end users. • Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and customer engagement to quotation, negotiation, and closing. • Conduct regular customer visits and provide technical product presentations and commercial support. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities. • Collaborate with the technical, product management, customer service, and operations teams to deliver effective customer solutions. • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, market intelligence reports, and business reviews for management. • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs. • Participate in trade exhibitions, industry events, seminars, and customer engagement activities to strengthen brand presence. • Ensure excellent after-sales support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. • Monitor payment collections and coordinate with the finance team to minimize overdue receivables. • Travel extensively within Vietnam and occasionally across Southeast Asia as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. • Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within industrial products, pressure tanks, pumps, filtration, HVAC, water treatment, or related industries. • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets within the Vietnam market. • Strong understanding of pressure vessels, pressure tanks, filtration systems, or industrial water applications. • Established network within industrial sectors including HVAC, water treatment, manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, or related markets. • Excellent command of Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
