📋 Description

• Join the development team and take ownership of work items for implementation each Sprint • Perform multidisciplinary software development activities, including requirements, analysis and design, programming, configuration management, testing and deployment • Focus on product quality and maintainability • Manage own work and promptly flag delays or impediments to the team • Develop and maintain features of a solution used daily by thousands of users at large enterprises

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Engineering or another IT field; or a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a specialization in Information Technology • Knowledge of financial systems development • Knowledge of Agile principles and practices, including the Agile Manifesto, Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP) and Kanban • Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery and DevOps practices • Experience with Jenkins, Sonar (SonarQube), Maven, Nexus and Azure DevOps Services • Knowledge and experience in configuration and change management with ClearCase, SVN and Git • Knowledge in analysis and specification of functional, non-functional and agile requirements • Knowledge of design patterns and programming best practices • Knowledge of enterprise system integration and microservices architecture • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, relational databases and SQL • Knowledge of MVC, layered applications, multi-tenancy and responsive interfaces/PWA • Knowledge of messaging, JMS, Web services, REST, SOA, EJB 3, WebSphere Message Broker and APIs • Knowledge of Java for Web, JEE, JSE, MicroProfile, Java 8+, Apache Velocity, Spring, JSF, JPA and Struts • Knowledge of JBoss, WebSphere and Liberty servers and the Quarkus framework • Knowledge of Linux, SonarQube, Eclipse, Visual Studio Code, Ant and Apache Maven • Knowledge of unit, integration, system/functional, acceptance, load, performance, vulnerability, usability and accessibility testing • Knowledge of test automation, JUnit, Selenium WebDriver, JMeter, TDD and ATDD • Knowledge of building mocks/stubs, refactoring and reverse engineering • Skills with MUMPS, Caché database, OpenVMS and/or Linux • Desirable knowledge of CICS, CICS/WEB, Broker, MQ Series, SOAP and APIs • Skills in Delphi, Enterprise PowerBuilder and development for UNIX-like systems • Experience with ISO 8583 message routing • Experience with financial technologies J/XFS and banking automation peripherals • Experience with cryptography • Desired certifications: Oracle Certified Professional – Java SE Programmer (version 5 or higher), CSD or PSD
