📋 Description

• Join the development team and take ownership of work items during each Sprint • Perform multidisciplinary software development with a focus on quality and maintainability • Work across requirements, analysis and design, programming, configuration management, testing, and deployment • Manage your own workload and promptly communicate delays or blockers to the team • Develop new features for a robust, scalable product used by thousands of users at large enterprises

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or another Information Technology-related field • Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in any field plus a specialization in Information Technology • Preferred certifications: Oracle Certified Professional – Java SE Programmer (version 5 or later), CSD – Certified Scrum Developer, PSD – Professional Scrum Developer • Knowledge of financial systems development • Knowledge of agile software development, including the Agile Manifesto, Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), and Kanban • Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery and DevOps practices • Experience with Jenkins, Sonar, Maven, Nexus, and Azure DevOps Services • Experience with ClearCase, SVN, and Git • Analysis and specification of functional, non-functional, and agile requirements • Knowledge of design patterns, programming best practices, and enterprise systems integration • Microservices architecture and development, APIs, tracing, fault tolerance, metrics, and health checks • Docker and Kubernetes • Relational data modeling, SQL, layered architecture, and MVC • Systems integration using messaging, JMS, web services, REST, SOA, EJB 3, and WebSphere Message Broker • Development of responsive interfaces and Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) • Java Swing, Java Web, JEE, JSE, MicroProfile, Java 8+, Spring, JSF, JPA, and Struts • JBoss, WebSphere, and Liberty application servers; Quarkus framework • Multi-tenant application architecture • Linux and/or OpenVMS • SonarQube, Eclipse, Visual Studio Code, Ant, and Apache Maven • Additional languages and technologies: JavaScript, ECMAScript, Ajax, jQuery, AngularJS, Angular, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, ASP/.NET, MUMPS, Delphi, and Enterprise PowerBuilder • Software testing, test automation, JUnit, Selenium WebDriver, and JMeter • Mock/stub development and interface virtualization • Reverse engineering and CMT transaction management • Experience with ISO 8583, J/XFS financial technologies, banking peripherals, and cryptography
