📋 Description

• Facilitate the agile software development process • Guide development teams • Monitor, identify, and remove impediments • Promote the use of agile standards and best practices • Ensure the effective operation of agile processes and activities • Lead meetings required by the development process • Also perform Operational Manager responsibilities in interactions with the client • Serve as the focal point for assigned teams • Apply Scrum and the Agile Manifesto • Manage projects, risks, and changes • Use facilitation, mentoring, and mediation techniques • Track Sprints, Story Points, and TESP

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology • OR a degree in any field plus a postgraduate qualification in Information Technology, Software Development, or Project Management of at least 360 hours
