📋 Description

• Be the technical point person. • Own operational understanding of the shop experience end to end. • Support adjacent teams. • Keep the customer experience front of mind. • Stay on top of performance, functionality, and flows. • Protect the roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, hands-on Shopify knowledge from a technical angle: architecture, platform limits, how apps and custom apps work, and how the pieces fit in a more complex setup. • A working command of web performance (Lighthouse, render time): what the metrics mean and how to improve them. • A practical, everyday use of AI. • A security mindset: GDPR, DPAs, and sound data handling factored into how you scope work. • The judgment and spine to take ownership of ambiguous asks and to push back on low-value priorities while staying collaborative. • You do speak fluent English. German is a plus.
