• Strengthen the performance of Cadillac dealerships through coaching, mentoring and strategic planning. • Act as a strategic partner to the dealer network, promoting sustainable performance and alignment with the brand strategy. • Conduct regular site visits, identify improvement opportunities and monitor action plans. • Monitor sales, after-sales, service and customer satisfaction KPIs. • Ensure efficiency in the sales funnel, CRM and the Cadillac premium customer journey. • Ensure compliance with Cadillac operational, commercial and brand standards. • Support the implementation of commercial programs and end-to-end processes. • Address operational deviations by identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement. • Prepare performance analyses and executive reports.
• University degree (completed). • Professional experience with luxury automotive brands. • Previous experience in an OEM in sales operations and/or after-sales areas. • Field operations experience within a dealership network, preferably with premium or luxury brands. • Availability for regular travel within the area of operation. • Valid driver's license and ability to drive. • Experience in consultative roles or performance management is highly desirable. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI; experience with AI tools is a valuable plus.
