• Become the OnStar & Technology Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the assigned District • Establish and grow relationships with your respective dealerships to drive excellence and results for OnStar KPIs • Provide ongoing dealer education to support their delivery of a seamless customer onboarding experience • Support project initiatives to improve OnStar onboarding, subscriber count and revenue • Conduct monthly performance analysis by leveraging analytics to identify opportunities and support the creation of dealer action plans • Support planning and execution of countermeasures designed to hit monthly and annual KPIs • Support creation of sales and marketing material for customers, dealerships and fleet sales staff • Conduct training for General Motors dealership and wholesale teams including demonstrations of existing and new OnStar products and services • Participate in special projects as required • Compliance with all processes and training required by GM Canada
• University degree (Business/Marketing) or relevant experience equivalent • Proven Sales/Account/Channel Management experience • Driving sales performance in B2B an asset • Experience working with Automotive Dealership Managers considered an asset • Bilingual an asset • Ability to travel within Canada and the U.S.
