• Supporting and managing sales operations alongside of our Vice President. • Managing emails, schedules, creating SOW templates, tracking tasks and opportunities, and communicating with Clients and partners. • Reviewing bid sites to identify relevant opportunities and ensuring compliance with document requirements in our tracking system. • Supporting the production of recurring and one-time reports, providing valuable insights to internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required). • 3+ years of experience in sales support/sales, proposal coordination, contract administration, or program management. • Experience working with SharePoint, Teams, and Planner (preferred). • Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (required). • Familiarity with government and commercial contracting processes, including managing contract vehicles. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
